AHA Moment With My Meatless Chicken

Granny never knew you could take this

and create this.

Instead of cooking with oil as the instructions call for, I used water and steamed on med-low for approx. 5 min.  Use the same ingredients you normally would for Chicken Salad.
The only difference is the texture.  The taste is the same.

Off to eat my bowl of Meatless Chicken Salad before going back to the Women CEO Summit.
